Speech from the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee to Support the Families of the Hostages

The families of the hostages spoke at the opening of a discussion I initiated and led in the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee on the topic of independent reservists’ wives. Their heartfelt words left no one in the room unmoved.

It was important for me to convey to them that their presence is valued and welcomed, and that they don’t need to convince us—we are all with them, sharing their pain and supporting their fight to bring their loved ones home. Watch here.
