There’s no playbook for where the world is heading now. This is why I use my diverse cross-sector experience, advising tech startups and shaping foreign policy as Israel’s Deputy Foreign Minister to anticipate challenges and act decisively when they arise.
I believe leadership starts where comfort zones end.
Whether in the boardroom, the Knesset, or in a diplomacy scenario, I’m consistently driven by one mission: to remove barriers, unlock potential and turn bold ideas into real-world impact.
In today’s fast and highly reactive world, slowing down to think critically and ask better questions isn’t a weakness, it’s a strategic strength. I became a devotee of this concept and the results are a testament to my beliefs.
I am uncompromising in the notion that my role in public service is to clear the path, cut red tape, encourage and boost innovation and ultimately construct frameworks where business can thrive. This can only be done from an independent platform that I stand steadfastly on.
Building effective systems rooted in deliberate, critical thought, only works if we act purposefully, ask questions, reflect on the answers, or simply say “I don’t know, I’m going to find out and get back to you”.
I see Israel not just as a “Startup Nation” but as a resilience powerhouse, driven by the spirit, determination and ingenuity of its people. Even in the toughest moments, we don’t stop. We build, invent, invest and lead.
We need bridge-builders. People with experience in both the public and private sectors, that’s the space I’ve operated in my entire career and the space in which I continue to grow.
